Kingswigs.com requests your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, CVV code and an e-mail address.

We consider this information to be private, and we keep them on a secured server to protect it from outside parties. We use these information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders. We do not buy, sell or share your private information with anyone.

In an effort to provide the best service to our clients, Kingswigs.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to unsubscribe@kingswigs.com

To ensure discreet shipping and privacy, all packages shipped from King's Wigs will be labeled as KW, and will not mention the word "WIG" anywhere on the outside of the shipping package. By placing an order with our company, you will be agreeing to these policies.

To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24x7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.


Order Policy | to the top


We are open for business Monday through Friday (except holidays) 10:00AM-7:00PM PST. If you would like your order to be processed on the same day you place your order on, then orders should be placed by 2:00PM PST. Otherwise, the order will be processed the following business day. Your order can be delayed if you leave a note in the comment box like ‘no signature required’ or ‘leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home’ or ‘leave it with our neighbor if no one’s home’ We do not put those memos on the shipping label as a note to UPS delivery.

Note: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Make sure to double check the information you have entered before you check out such as:

  • 1. Your name as it appears on the card
    2. Billing address on file with your card issuer
    3. Card number
    4. Card expiration date
    5. Card Verification(CVV) Number


If an error message appears and if you try more than three times, you will not be able to use that credit card to shop at King's Wigs for two to three business days. So to make a purchase that same day you will have to use a different card.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. All Credit Card charges will appear as King's Wigs & Beauty Supply or Kingswigs.com. For your convenience, we also accept Paypal.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. We do not accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks. Please call for more details.


Sales Tax | to the top


King's Wigs applies sales tax on purchases shipped within California.


Cancellation Policy| to the top


Any changes or cancellation must be made before 1:00PM PST. Changes or cancellation made after 1:00PM PST will be charged $20.00 or 10% of the total whichever is greater. There is no cancellation fee for any request to cancel, or change if the request is made before the order processes at 1:00PM PST.

i.e.) If you place an order on Friday before 2:00PM PST, you need to call us by 1:00PM PST on the same day in order to cancel or change your order. If you place an order after 1:00PM PST on Friday, you can call us by 1:00PM PST on Monday.

* Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders.
Changes or cancellation must be made immediately, within the same day of placing order by 1:00PM PST. Changes or cancellation made after 1:00PM PST will be charged $30.00 or 15% whichever is grater per order.


Charge Back | to the top


Charge Back customers will be charged $30.00 to cover the Charge Back Claim Fee imposed by the credit company.
Only Money Orders will be accepted as payment from Charge Back customers for future purchases.


Clearance Items| to the top

All Sales are final on Clearance Items and Special Sale Items! Next Day Service is not available on Clearance Items. If you order multiple items and a clearance item is in the order that order can not be shipped Next Day Service.


Discount Coupons | to the top


Discount coupons only apply to online orders. Clearance and Sale items are excluded from coupon discounts. Discount coupons will only apply to in stock item(s), and will be excluded from all back ordered item(s).
 

Return / Exchange Policy | to the top


We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following items: headwear, accessories, color rings, clip-in extensions, and all clearance items. Restocking fee will be applied for all refunds, and shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.

It will take us about two weeks to process your return after we receive your return package.Once we process your return, the return must meet the following requirements, failure to comply will result in no credit or exchange given:

1. Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The return item must have the original hair net, labels and tags still attached in the original box and bags and undamaged. Items must not have been worn other than to try it on. Items altered in any way like brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed or exposed to smells such as cigarette smoke or perfume will not be accepted. For individual extensions, none of the strands should be pulled out in anyway.

2. The return item must be in a box. Do not send in an envelope. Do not tape, mark or attach anything which may damage the original factory packaging/wig box. Damaged packaging/wig box will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be visible on the outside of the package. Otherwise the package will be refused. See ‘Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)’ section below for more details.

4. Billing name and order number must be included inside the box, along with instruction for the return. The instruction must be either for exchange, refund, or store credit. Store credit will automatically be issued for returns without any instruction.

Note: No Refund on item(s) priced under $30.00. Exchange or Store Credit Only!

  • Refused packages: If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to King's Wigs for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s Store Credit or Refund.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) | to the top


Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by our return department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made within 5 business days from receipt of order via e-mail at kwsales@kingswigs.com.

We must receive return merchandise within 7 business days after RMA number has been issued; however, there is an exception for international orders, please inquire at time of request for RMA number. Return shipping charges are prepaid by customer, and collect shipments will be refused. Do not send your return order without the RMA number. It must be clearly marked on outside of the shipping box or else the package will be refused. RMA number should be put right above our address, after the word ‘attention’.


Refunds | to the top


We allow refunds on items with a re-stocking fee. Please read the restocking fee section below for further information. No refund on item(s) priced under $30. Exchange or Store Credit Only. Once you have made an exchange and wish to return it for a refund, restocking fee will be doubled. All returns are subjected to a re-stocking fee. Refund amount will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the item(s), which will show up on your credit card statement within two weeks. Please read the Restocking Fee section below for restocking fee amount details.


Exchange Policy | to the top


We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item., all exchanges are final. Please read the restocking fee section below for further information. Please be aware of that we do not accept unauthorized packages, meaning we refuse packages without an RMA number

If you wish to exchange the same item for a different color for your first exchange, the restocking fee will be waived, but shipping costs and a handling fee of $6.95 will apply. The exchange item(s) must be equal or higher amount. If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount. If the exchange item is lower amount, it cannot be refunded, but the difference will be applied as a store credit towards your next purchase. In the case where a second return was allowed, restocking fee will be charged. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, and a refund is requested instead, the restocking fee will be applied. Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed.


Store Credits | to the top


Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) on Kingswigs.com. To redeem store credit you must phone in to place your order with a phone representative. Credit may be used towards your next purchase. Please indicate the store credit invoice number we issue to apply credit. Restocking fee will not be charged if you decided to get store credit towards next purchase. Store credit must be used within 6 months from the issued date.


Restocking Fee | to the top


Restocking Fee will be assessed on all refunds and exchanges except the first exchange. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges necessary to ship out the replacement. All exchange items are shipped with Standard Shipping.

Restocking fee is $10 for amount up to $50 and $20 for amount $51 to $100 and for orders over $100 restocking fee is $30 or 20% (whichever is greater).

If your package was shipped with Free Shipping for the Free Shipping on Orders over $150, you will be charged the original shipping includiing the restocking fee.


Shipping Information within the U.S. | to the top


PROTECTION: For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send first time orders to the billing address. You must always have the correct billing address that matches with the credit card.

FIRST TIME BUYER: If the billing and shipping address is different for your first time order you must fax in a legible copy of photo ID also front and back side of your credit card. Same with International Orders. Please fax the copy of your ID and your credit card to 888-826-9130

SIGNATURE *All packages will be shipped out with signature required. (No Exceptions)*

RESTRICTED AREA:* FedEx does not ship it to military (APO/FPO) address and PO BOX address.

If you choose Fedex Home Delivery or Priority mail for your shipping option the delivery date is an estimated delivery date. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If you need to have your package guaranteed by a certain date, please choose one of the following: Fedex Overnite, Fedex 2nd day, Fedex Express Saver (3 day), or USPS Express. All other options are not guaranteed by that date.

Tracking Your Packages | to the top


The tracking number will be sent to you through automated email right after we ship out your package.  We require a signatures for our shipments.

If you chose US Postal you can track your package by going to www.usps.com.  If you cannot sign for your package, you can create a free account on USPS for MYUSPS which will allow you to sign for your package online.  Once you have signed for your package online, your package can be left at your door without a physical signature.

If you chose UPS you can track your package by going to www.ups.com.  If you cannot sign for your package, you can create a free account on UPS MyChoice, which will allow you to sign for your package online.  Once you have signed for your package online, your package can be left at your door without a physical signature.


Shipping Delays | to the top


NEXT BUSINESS DAY: If you order on Friday for Saturday delivery, You MUST ask our salesperson "Saturday Delivery Only.” Otherwise it will be delivered on next business day.

Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for delays due to insufficient information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, holidays and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. People who do credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Some of the prices on our online web store are only available through web orders. Please call for any verification of prices. Online specials or sales are also only available through the website and not in the physical store locations.

International Orders | to the top


Credit Card - We no longer accept international credit cards, only credit cards with U.S. billing addresses. If you would like to place an order please open an account at Paypal.

DUTIES & TAXES - The Prices we offer do not include any duties and taxes. Recipient shall pay all the incurred expenses including brokerage fees.

RESTRICTIONS Free shipping offer is not eligible. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Re-Routes(address corrections) are not available. Tracking is not available for economy shipping.

SHIPPING OPTIONS Fedex International Economy, Fedex International Priority, US Postal Global Express

If you choose Fedex International Economy for your shipping option the delivery date is an estimated delivery date. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150 only on hair extensions, wigs & hairpieces. This offer does not apply for any beauty products. Also the free shipping offer is only good for orders within the continental United States, including Hawaii & Alaska.
